Our terms and conditions

Payment
You can pay your bill in cash, by credit card / ATM card, or by means of bank transfer. We will inform you of our bank data by e-mail.

Arrival and departure
Your vacation apartment will be available for you starting at 2:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival. On the day of your departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.

Reservation
Please NOTE that we always require a room reservation in writing – containing the exact data.

Please notify us in a timely fashion if you discover that you will be unable to arrive on the scheduled date. We would then attempt to rent your room to someone else – thus saving you money.
